1. Machine Won't Start / Sudden Stop

Emergency stop engaged, phase/power missing, safety guard open, low pneumatic pressure, wrong thickness input or panels loaded too close.Release E-STOP, switch on main isolator, check breaker and phases, close all guards, restore required air pressure, enter correct panel thickness and maintain safe panel spacing.
6. Overload, inverter or PLC alarm on control panelMotor overload, inverter trip, protection relay triggered or unresolved previous alarm.Read alarm message, remove the cause, reset overload/inverter, then restart only after the machine is clear and safe.
Operator note: Most machine-not-starting complaints are solved by checking E-STOP, air pressure, safety doors, incoming power and active alarms first.
2. Workpiece Not Moving / Feeds Unevenly

Panel spacing and supportPanels inserted too close, too small, warped or unsupported.Maintain safe spacing, use straight panels, support long boards and avoid feeding pieces below the machine’s safe working size.
Pneumatic pressure and feed sensorLow air pressure or sensor not detecting workpiece correctly.Restore recommended air pressure, clean photo sensors/limit switches and check sensor alignment.
Operator note: Uneven feeding normally starts from incorrect pressure setting, dirty rollers, low air pressure, panel warpage or poor operator loading sequence.
3. Edge Tape Won't Stick / Weak Bond

Pressure rollers after gluingInsufficient pressure, wrong roller angle or roller contamination.Adjust pressure rollers, clean roller faces and confirm the edge band is pressed immediately and uniformly after glue application.
Edge tape quality and storageWrong tape thickness, poor primer, dirty tape or moisture/temperature issue.Use compatible tape, check primer side, store tape properly and test with a fresh roll if bonding remains weak.
Operator note: Adhesion problems should be checked in this order: glue temperature, glue quantity, panel edge quality, pressure rollers, tape quality and production speed.
4. Cannot Switch Between Bevel and Straight Edge

Operator note: Mode-change issues are usually caused by wrong program selection, low air pressure, dirty guides, stuck cylinders or sensor feedback errors.
5. Trimming Issues (Rough / Uneven / Uncut Tape)

Operator note: Always solve feeding and hold-down issues before fine-tuning trimming units, otherwise cutter adjustment will not remain consistent.
6. Corner Trimming - Sharp Corners Not Rounded

Operator note: Corner rounding needs stable feed, correct tool radius, clean tracing parts and proper pneumatic timing.
7. Glue Lines / Rough Edge / Dull Finish

Glue quantity and edge pressureToo much glue or weak pressure creates visible glue line.Reduce glue spread slightly and check pressure rollers before increasing scraping pressure.
Operator note: Final finish depends on correct glue quantity, accurate trimming, clean scraping and light buffing. Do not use scraping pressure to hide a gluing problem.
8. Excessive Dust / Scraps Around Machine

Operator note: Poor dust extraction affects finish quality, cutter life, sensor reliability and operator safety. Check suction before blaming trimming units.
9. Touchscreen Error / Machine Not Responding

Operator note: For electrical or PLC issues, operators should only perform safe visual and alarm checks. Wiring and panel work must be handled by qualified personnel.
