The SCM Manual Edge Bander is a woodworking machine used for applying edge banding to the edges of wooden panels or boards. It is manufactured by SCM Group, an Italian company specializing in woodworking machinery.
The SCM Manual Edge Bander is designed for small to medium-sized woodworking shops or for craftsmen who require a compact and versatile edge banding solution. It is manually operated, meaning that the operator guides the panel through the machine and applies the edge banding manually.

- 4,3" touch screen with advanced functions complete with:
* Adjustment of the edge feed speed from 3 to 8 m/min
* Management of manual work modes, programmed cutting and measure of the panel perimeter
* Automatic calculation of the required edge length with reference to the most common geometries
- Anti-scratch phenolic multilayer work table with modular holes complete with supports (no. 80 standard supports)
- Shear device for rolled edges complete with roll-holder plate
- Teflon-coated hot melt glue pot installed underneath the worktable to ensure a continuous glue recirculation and
avoid its overheating. Powerful heating system for immediate use with timed stand-by
- Glue application of edging material by means of a powered glue-spreading roller
- no. 1 powered pressure roller
- It is possible to apply edges on the square, shaped and round panels;
- Start/stop cycle pedal
- Adjustable tilting table from 0 to 45 Deg.
- Infeed fence for linear panels
- 3 rollers outfeed fence
- Front extension for the support of large dimensions panels complete with emergency pushbutton.
- Gluepot for polyurethane glue supplied in substitution of the standard one
* It is equipped with a particular anti-adherent treatment that allows the use of polyurethane glues.
