PROCESS 1 - PANEL CUTTING PROCESS

B. HOMAG BEAM SAW HPP 250

The heart of Easy2Feed is a compact scissor lift table. It is integrated in the rear machine table and can deal with panel sizes up to 3 100 x 2 200 mm. Furthermore, it can be conveniently loaded by fork-lift truck.What’s special about it is that roughly three feet of the machine table, fitted with rollers, is retained between the lift table and the right edge of the saw. This allows longer strips to be crosscut without any difficulty. HOLZMA offers an additional roller conveyor at the side of the rear machine table for increased flexibility and improved handling.

PROCESS 3 - GLUING PROCESS

A. MANUAL GLUING

Hand held gluer for large surface application. Equipped with trigger shut off to stop the flow of glue.Has a support base when not in use. Includes an upper auxiliary roller submerged half way in the tank and used for gluing long strips and keeps the gluer stationary, moves the strip over the upper roller.Hand gluer for glueing large surfaces using vinyl glue (White). Lower roller width: 180 mm. Equipped with trigger shut-off device to stop the flow of glue. Also comes with a support where it can be left when not in use, thus keeping the working area and the machine clean. Moreover, is equipped with an upper auxiliary roller for clean glueing of strips.




B. GLUE SPREADER

Glue spreader is the specialist to spread the glue uniformly on (core) veneers. It Increase the utilization of glue and decreasing and minimize glue consumption. It Equips with high quality rubber glue rollers and chromate treatment doctor rollers. The glue spreads evenly it helps the veneer stick rigidly precise. Easy operation, the rollers are able to adjust by the pneumatically or Manually. The frequency controller system provides a flexible speed adjustment to meet various demands.








PROCESS 4 - LAMINATE PRESSING PROCESS

A. HOT PRESS

B. COLD PRESS

PROCESS 5 - POSTFORMING PROCESS

A. POSTFORMING MACHINES

When a laminate kitchen worktop is manufactured, a curved edge is formed on the long front edge of the chipboard or MDF (medium density fibreboard) baseboard prior to the laminate being attached. As the laminate sheet is added AFTER the edge is shaped, it is described as POST formed. The laminate sheet, worktop and worktop edge are then heated, glue is added and the worktop is automatically passed through a machine inside which the laminate is attached and wrapped around the curved front edge. The laminate will usually partially wrap underneath the chipboard baseboard, by a matter of a few millimetres or a centimetre, past the point at which the curve in the chipboard ends.





PROCESS 6 - OVERHANGE LAMINATE TRIMMING PROCESS

PROCESS 7 - EDGE BANDING PROCESS

A. MANUAL EDGE BANDING

The NKD 720 is not only a new machine, it represents a flexible machine concept. The goal of the new development was to have a machine not only for efficiently and reliably gluing a series of formed parts but also for processing smaller quantities of straight parts.The NKD 720 has a gluing system, which applies the glue directly on to the edgebanding material. The coil-cut off device is either activated by foot pedal or, for serial production, by pre-selecting the edge length via a digital length counter (optional). The panel is placed on height spacers, which are fixed on the working table, according to the shape of the panel. No template is required. Because of the flexibility of the NKD 720, shaped parts and straight parts can be processed easily on this machine.




B. AUTOMATIC EDGE BANDING

All machines are equipped with a precision gluing unit, a tiltable end trimming unit for straight and chamfer trimming and a top/bottom trimming unit. The feed speed of these models are 11 m/min. For the complete processing options and a perfect finish, add a joint trimming unit, a contour trimming unit, a radius scraper, a glue joint scraper or a buffing unit. PROCESS 8 - MULTIPAL BORING PROCESS

A. ROBLAND SINGLE HEAD MULTI BORING

Apart from this, we also offer a Single Head Multiple Boring Machine to our valued clients. Our products are so much demandable in wood industries and we manufacture products according to the ever changing requirements of customers. In these machines, there are spindle head and in each head there are 21 spindles which totally increase the production.





B. HOMAG 3 HEAD MULTI BORING

This model has three drill heads (one horizontal and two-vertical) to 21 in each spindle with axial distance of 32 mm. Rotary vertical drilling heads allow locking in the 0 °, 45 ° and 90 °. Positioning of the workpiece is made with aluminum line length 2200 mm, with the help of 4 (two left and two right) sliding stops. User friendly control panel with adjustable feed speed, on-off sequence of each drill head.
